Overview

As an Energy Sales Advisor, you help customers switch energy providers, helping them reduce their energy consumption and save money. 

At TCHGroup, we are uniquely positioned in the energy market, working with a variety of established and emerging brands. This role offers you the opportunity to make a real impact on customers' lives,  offering them the best switching deals while earning a commission for yourself too. 

Contract: Full-Time Permanent

Location: Office based

Working Hours: 

  • Monday to Thursday 9.45am - 6.00pm
  • Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm

Pay:  Basic of £10.50 per hour.  Following the successful completion of your probation period, this will rise to £11.00 per hour. You will also have the ability to earn commission after you have achieved your baseline target (minimum expectation)

 

About The Role

  • You will contact opted-in customers who would like to switch energy providers
  • You will spend time working with customers to find the best option for them and building rapport.
  • There’s a huge variety in the type of people you speak to and what they need from you, you just need to be able to understand the customer situations well enough to give them a great service and provide the right product for them. 
  • A lot of this is system-driven, so you need to be comfortable using computer systems all day to be able to be successful.
  • All successful applicants will have a soft search Credit Check and DBS check prior to starting their role.
