Contract: 10-day Training Agreement moving onto permanent once 3 month probation period is over (2 week performance assessment post go-live)
Location: Office based - Durban South Africa
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 09:45 – 19:00
Saturdays - TBC
SA Public Holidays
Pay: TBC
About The Role
We are looking for agents to deliver exceptional customer service on behalf of a Key Energy Client. You will be helping customers switching from their existing electricity supplier and:
- Taking calls from Customers, explaining their options and completing quotes for them
- Running fraud screening and mitigation on each call
- And other activities specified in training by the Key Utilities Client existing customers to review their current plans.

- Computer Literate
- Fluent in English
- Confident phone manner
- Excellent sales, interpersonal & communication skills
- Results and target driven with a desire to succeed
- Attention to detail within complex process
Education, Experience and Requirements
- Previous sales experience
- Age preference 18 years and older
- Valid SA ID
- Neutral accent when communicating
- Strong literacy and verbal communication in the preferred language requirements - English
- Good reference checks from previous employers
