Contract: Full-Time Permanent
Location: Office based - Durban South Africa
Working Hours: Mon-Thurs 09.45am-6.00pm / Friday 09.30am-4.00pm
Pay: R4500 with an R250 attendance bonus. After probation of 3-6 months, we provide an increase based on behaviour, attendance and KPI's being achieved.
About The Role
- Contacting existing customers to review their current plans.
- Inbound calls for new business from marketing campaigns
- Contacting opted-in new business prospects.
- Multiple roles in both telecommunication sales and energy switching plans.
About You
- Reliable and hardworking
- Computer Literate
- Fluent in English
- Confident phone manner
- Experience is preferred but not essential
