The Consumer Helpline (TCH) is delighted to announce the latest member of our global family network - TCH South Africa.

TCH South Africa brings incredible, talented individuals into our TCH Group family which already services the UK Market. This will help us empower our clients and collaborators with even more resources and abilities.

The addition of TCH South Africa will allow us to operate seamlessly as one team with a shared vision. This ensures that we continue to deliver exceptional services with warmth, empathy and our signature quality on a global scale. This is why we chose the Durban location. There is a perfect alignment of cultures; a shared commitment to innovation, excellence and sustainability.

One of the best things about this operational model is that not only will our clients benefit, but our employees will too. We know that both our UK and SA teams are experts in sales and service, and by taking a peer-to-peer approach, we'll all be learning, sharing, and growing together every day. We’ve already been sharing cross-country connections through both the Rugby Summer Internationals and by celebrating Spring Day, a South African Holiday, in both locations and look forward to expanding on this each month.
